Hair Care by Malisha Carter, established in 2020, is an all inclusive hair care service based out of Philadelphia, PA. The founder, Malisha Carter, is a millennial entrepreneur whose mission is to educate people of color on basic hair care needs. She discovered her passion for hair as a child and has spent the last eight years developing her craft; receiving her cosmetology license in November 2019. Malisha provides every client with unique and thoughtful care that includes instilling confidence in one’s appearance, establishing a healthy hair regimen, and promoting self-sufficiency.
